Schedule52 ("Schedule52," "we," "us," or "our") provides field service scheduling, dispatch, communication, and invoicing software to plumbing, HVAC, and other service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including information used for text (SMS) messaging.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, business name, email address, and phone number provided when you create or use an account.
- Customer contact information — names, phone numbers, addresses, and appointment details that our business customers enter to schedule services and communicate with their own clients.
- Usage information — log data, device information, and how the service is used, to operate and improve the product.
How we use information
- To provide scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, and customer-communication features.
- To send transactional text messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and service notifications to recipients who have provided their phone number and agreed to receive them.
- To provide customer support and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
SMS / text messaging terms
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process is used solely to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive.
Program description. Schedule52 and the businesses that use it send transactional service messages — including appointment confirmations, reminders, "technician on the way" updates, and related service notifications — to customers of those businesses.
Consent / opt-in. Recipients opt in to receive text messages by providing their mobile number and agreeing to receive messages when booking an appointment (by phone, in person, or through an online booking form) and/or by submitting a web form that includes a clear consent checkbox. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and service activity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, cloud hosting, payment processing, and messaging delivery), and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law. As stated above, mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Data security and retention
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including per-business data isolation. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@schedule52.com. You may opt out of text messages at any time as described above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
