These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Schedule52 software and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

Schedule52 provides field service scheduling, dispatch, customer communication, and invoicing tools for service businesses. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing text messaging and customer consent.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Customer communications and consent

If you use the Service to send text messages to your customers, you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining proper consent from each recipient before sending messages, and for honoring opt-out requests. You agree to comply with all applicable messaging regulations, carrier requirements, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.

Acceptable use

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schedule52 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
